A spectacular dining adventure once again with awesome friends! All fresh, homemade pastas and pizza dough. Ceaser salad was wonderful, quite anchovy forward (which was a pleasant surprise). Pasta had broccoli rabe, sausage, pesto, and chili oil… beautiful balance of bitter and heat. Pizza was a meatball & ricotta while the other was sausage & mushroom. Incredible flavor and the dough was perfectly light and airy. Highly recommend dining here!

I was in town for business and my wife and I were looking for a perfect little Italian place. We pulled up and chuckled that it’s in between pet stores. The minute we walked in we forgot what was outside. The staff was extremely welcoming and the ambience was quietly casual. The food - amazing. Great fresh flavors Simple dishes crafted to perfection.

The moment we walked in we were welcomed with such an amazing staff. We loved the wine selection from Italy and the place smelled so good! We had a "basic" pizza but there was nothing basic about it. It was so good! We forgot to take a picture we were so excited to dig in! This place is a must try! We will definitely go back!

Lovely experience. All staff take care of you not just the one who is assigned. So much great guidance on wine and fare. Fun to learn about the staff and life experiences. To top it off, left my credit card and our wonderful Rodrigo found us waiting to make our turn at the stoplight and returned my card! Talk about going out of his way. My favorite place because of the full bodied experience.

Looking to awaken your Italian soul? Here is the place. A small restaurant that served handmade pasta and Ravioli. The focaccia bread basket is a must that you need to order, accompanied with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which brings the bread to a different level! The meatball is well seasoned, and the pasta is al dente, which is nice to experience this texture outside of Italy. The staff is friendly and values price in comparison to quality. End your dinner with a double shot espresso, it's the way to end your night with Mamamia

Our group of 7 went to TRULLI pizza and pasta last night. Appetizer, 3 pizzas and 2 pastas ordered and not a crumb was left! Domenico and Barbara were our gracious and talented hosts. The pizza is made from their imported pure semolina, and is gluten free. Tastes and chews like nothing we’ve ever had! You are given a scissor to cut your pizza and Barbara showed us her special cutting technique. We will be back!

We enjoyed going back to Trulli, directly across from Pelican Bay, to see how they have progressed since earlier visits and we were very impressed. One particular note, on our last visit (and suggested in numerous reviews on their site), the restaurant didn’t have an alcohol license and was BYOB, but they now have a very nice selection of wines, both by the glass and bottle, and all are reasonably priced. We split their arugula salad, which was super fresh and tasty with a light lemon vinaigrette. The chef’s specials were unique and delicious. I had Angus beef ravioli with some of the freshest homemade pasta I have ever enjoyed. Their browned butter and sage sauce was sublimely delicious, but our server, Barbara, recommended the short rib bolognese as an accompaniment and it was a delectable choice. My wife chose the tasty sausage, mushroom and mozzarella pizza and the unique semolina flour crust was crispy and light. We were frequently visited throughout our meal both by our server and by manager and co-owner, Lumi, who seemed sincerely interested in our dining pleasure. There are many Italian and pizza dining choices in Naples but Trulli truly has figured out how to differentiate themselves with the freshest tasty pasty, semolina pizza crust, and very reasonable prices for the quality of their offerings. I’m expecting them to have a very strong season with this great combination of offerings and we plan to go back often.
